Created according to the method Biopilates Caroline Berger of Femynie, this course aims to increase the performance of the dancer. It is based on exercises of the classical dance technique at the helm and executed on a rotary disc, therefore unstable. This work of muscle building allows the dancers to become aware of their placement, of their deep muscles as well as the muscles indispensable in the stabilization of the joints. It allows them to gain stability and endurance, improve the outside and control of their body, which greatly facilitates the execution of dance steps. A complete analysis of the posture of each dancer will be done by Professor Bérénice Baza in order to always maintain the muscular balance, a major asset in the prevention of injuries. This course is therefore a moment of adjustment where one works in conscience, so that the dancer can then go to the maximum of his capacities at the desired moment. Open to student dancers from 8 years old and professional dancers of classical dance and contemporary dance, but also to amateurs who know the basics of classical dance technique.
